• In the rare event that you are unhappy with your purchase, refunds/exchanges will be issued to purchases made within 7 days of receipt. • For optimal wear keep your handbags in a separate space so they do not rub up against your other products.

• It is best to clean leather with a soft cloth. Using a small dab of leather cleaner on the soft cloth is also a great way to keep your product clean and polished. 

• It is best to clean wax print textiles with a soft cloth. In the event of a stain, use small dab of stain remover on your cloth and apply it to the affected area.

• You can also take your handbag to your neighborhood dry cleaners that offers handbags and leather cleaning services.

• Our products are handmade using resources local to each country and region. Each artisan does his and her very best to craft pieces with quality and care. In some instances small discrepancies or irregularities may be found on products. We continuously work to provide the tools and training needed to achieve high quality pieces.
